SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY 1. The Department of Veterans Affair, Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking sources for a potential agreement to provide facility custodial services for BLDG 409 at the Member Services Fort Riley facility. 2. The intended contract(s) period will be for five (4) years; one 12-month Base period and three 12-month option years. 3. The Government is interested in sources that can provide some or all of the required services as stated in the Performance Work Statement. Interested parties are encouraged to respond with what they can provide. 4. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (HUBZone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 561720 Janitorial Services ($19.5 million). Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on Contract Opportunities or GSA. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. 5.
