Background: This requirement was previously performed on contract VA25616C0142. Information on this can be found on FPDS.gov or USASpending.gov. Vendors must carefully read the RFQ section titled, Instructions to Offerors, and complete all required documentation, to include Special Standards and provisions. Vendors are instructed to review amendments 0002 and 0003.
