OVERVIEW The Department of Veterans (VA), The Oklahoma City VA Health CARE System (VAHCS) is looking to establish a twelve (12) month base period plus nine (9) twelve (12) month option period Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) contract for Primary Care, both medical and mental health, and support services such as pharmacy, laboratory, and x-ray. Primary Care Community Based Outpatient Clinics are required to provide both primary care and telehealth mental health services to Veterans, primarily residing in Ada Oklahoma. See attached draft PWS. The projected Period of Performance is October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2032.
