OVERVIEW The Department of Veterans (VA), The Oklahoma City VA Health CARE System (VAHCS) is looking to establish a twelve (12) month base plus nine (9) twelve (12) month options Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) contract for Primary Care, both medical and mental health, and support services such as pharmacy, laboratory, and x-ray. Primary Care Community Based Outpatient Clinics are required to provide both primary care and telehealth mental health services to Veterans, primarily residing in Kay County Oklahoma. See attached PWS. The projected Period of Performance is October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2032.
