The Contractor shall provide a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) system, a prewired electrical mobile trailer system to house the MRI scan unit with trailer and all personnel to perform requested imaging procedures, training, and consultation. Services shall include equipment maintenance, (scheduled and unscheduled) and required supplies, necessary to perform services stated herein. Contractor shall also be responsible for the control, waste management and proper disposal of all radioactive waste materials off VA premises in accordance with all local, state, and Federal laws. Service shall be provided at the Montana VA Medical Center located at 3687 Veterans Drive, Fort Harrison, Montana. The contractor shall obtain and maintain all required federal, state and local licenses associated with the operation/transportation of the above equipment and performance of services requested. Contractor shall be responsible for managing, supervising and training all personnel.

VA Medical Center in Fort Harrison, Montana is seeking a Contractor interested in providing provide a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) system, a prewired electrical mobile trailer system to house the MRI scan unit with trailer and all personnel to perform requested imaging procedures, training, and consultation. Services shall include equipment maintenance, (scheduled and unscheduled) and required supplies, necessary to perform the contracted services. Contractor shall also be responsible for the control, waste management and proper disposal of all radioactive waste materials off VA premises in accordance with all local, state, and Federal laws.PM services as per the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall perform to industry standards in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The procurement procedure for this requirement shall be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The solicitation will be available in the coming days. Solicitation, amendments, and other miscellaneous documents shall be posted on SAM (https://www.SAM.gov). Each vendor shall be responsible for reviewing this website for amendments, updates, or changes to current information. The successful awardee will need to be prepared to initiate services in accordance with the PWS. It is incumbent upon each offeror to thoroughly review the solicitation in its entirety, to include Evaluation Factors, Instructions to Offerors, the PWS etc., and especially before asking questions or submitting an offer. This is a commercial service acquisition under the authority of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items. FAR Parts 14 and 15 are not being used. Contract award will be made based on the solicitation that represents the best value to the Government. Award will be made to one vendor. A Site Visit is not planned at this time, Offerors are encouraged to view the location firsthand at their convenience.
