REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Fort Harrison Medical Center is seeking information and sources that can provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for the Blood Gas Analyzers for the Fort Harrison VA Medical Center located at 3687 Veterans Dr, Fort Harrison, MT 59636. Contractors shall provide comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM s) for the following equipment located at Fort Harrison, MT. Items required to be covered under service agreement are as follows: MODEL: ABL80 FLEX MODEL: ABL80 FLEX SN: 314861 SN: 318296 The NAICS code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and Small Business Size Standard is $22 Million The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). No questions will be answered.
