A vendor who is planning to perform the service with their own equipment and own employees, would not have an issue providing a quote in the allotted time frame. Those who plan on subcontracting out the majority or 100% of the service may submit their quotes, but the close date and time will not be extended. Please submit your best offer. After quotes are submitted there is no re-negotiation on pricing.
