This is a solicitation for a IDIQ. Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract forCommunity Nursing Home (CNH) services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement to support the VA Montana HealthCare System. The Period of Performance for the IDIQ contract will be five (5) years from 1 October 2021 thru 30 September 2026. The total guaranteed minimum quantity of services that the Government will acquire under the IDIQ contract is the cost of A room for one (1) Veteran for one (1) day at the VA Base Rate. The Government does not guarantee that it will place Any orders under this contract in excess of the guaranteed Minimum. The aggregate value of orders placed under this contract shall not exceed $3,000,000.00. For more details, please see PWS attachment.
