CHAPTER 8: FORMS AND FORMATS Page 8-2 VA Leasing Handbook - Revised Outline VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 16,550 to 17,378 usable square feet in Grand Junction, CO for use as a Call Center and associated Administrative space. The space must be on no more than 1 floor of contiguous space and can be provided by the modification of existing space. On-site surface parking for 95 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: F Rd. South: US 6/I-70B East: 29 Rd. West: N Front St. The space must have a safe (sidewalks) pedestrian pathways to and from designated parking and easy access to Rapid Transit Buses.
