Request for Information (Sources Sought) 36C25921Q0860 Page 5 of 5 Request for Information (Sources Sought) 36C25921Q0860 ANESTHESIA PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE BENJAMIN CHARLES STEELE VA CLINIC, BILLINGS, MT Benjamin Charles Steele VA Clinic, Billings, MT, requires a contractor to provide annual Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Repair Services, on an as-needed basis, for Anesthesia Units. Services are to be performed in accordance with this PWS and to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards, in a cost-effective, efficient manner, contributing to the VA Mission. BACKGROUND: Equipment: GE ASPIRE 7900 Anesthesia SN: ANCT00342 GE ASPIRE 7900 Anesthesia SN: ANCT00364 GE ASPIRE 7900 Anesthesia SN: ANCT00365 GE Vaporizers TBD0001 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: The contractor shall provide Coverage for the above listed pieces of equipment: · Guaranteed Response Time: Field Service Engineers shall use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to Customer s requests within the timeframe specified in the chart above. · Live Phone Support: phone support with Technical Support Engineers between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (Central Time) Monday thru Friday. · Preventative Maintenance: Perform semi-annual, annual all emergent and non-emergent System maintenance inspections to maintain factory specifications. · Parts Exchange: As required by contractor based on system requirements. · Labor & Travel Expense: Labor and travel conducted during normal business hours: Monday-Friday 8:00a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Customer s local time, (excludes company holidays). · Certified Trained Technicians: The scheduled maintenance and service calls shall be performed by Intuitive trained personnel in accordance with the Agreement.
