Switchgear Inspection & Testing Oklahoma City VA Health Care System VA Medical Center Oklahoma City, OK. 73104 Pre-Solicitation Notice (Full Solicitation to be posted) INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) has a requirement to conduct Switchgear maintenance at the VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a one-time switchgear service requirement (that is to be completed every 3 years for preventative maintenance). Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, project management, and materials to do the one-time annual preventive maintenance, inspection, and testing on all circuit breakers. Switchgear Clean, inspect, test and adjust all major electrical distribution equipment. This shall include the electrical distribution equipment in the following locations: 1. Sub-Stations: No. 1, No. 2, No. 2.5, No. 3 and No. 4. 2. Building No. 19 and ARF. 3. Room BF-118. 4. Boiler/Chiller Plant. 5. Mechanical/Electrical Rooms: Building 19 Mechanical Rooms (3) total, 3rd floor Fan Room, 3rd Floor Mechanical Room, 5th Floor Mechanical Room, 6 Floor Mechanical Room, 8th Floor Mechanical Room, 8th Floor Mechanical Room North, and Generator Rooms (5) total.
