In addition to providing dynamometers, Vendor will also develop and provide mobile applications, training videos and website. The Digital Dynamometer consists of a lightweight, handheld dynamometer which connects wireless via Bluetooth to a companion smartphone application. Raw force data from the dynamometer is sent for processing and display on an iOS or Android smartphone. For the purposes of this study, a custom smartphone application will be delivered which will guide a practitioner to administer a grip strength measurement and the SARC-F survey to a veteran. In addition to the instructions provided within the smartphone application, a website containing training videos with step-by-step instructions for administering the assessment, along with troubleshooting resources.
