This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation number 36C25921Q0539 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-02 Effective November 23,2020. 3. This acquisition is a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532420 Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with a small business size standard of $35 Million. 4. The Government contemplates an award of an unrestricted Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. 5. Description of services: In accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and price schedule, the Contractor shall price copier lease services (i.e. Quantity: 35 Black & White Standalone Devices capable of 55 PPM, Quantity: 20 Color Standalone Devices capable of 45 PPM, and Quantity: 5 Color Standalone Devices, capable of 60-65 PPM) for VHA Office of Community Care (OCC) located at 3773 Cherry Creek North Drive, Denver CO 80209. 6. Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. 7.
