This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation number 36C25921Q0532 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-02 Effective November 23,2020. 3. This acquisition is a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430 Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers, with a small business size standard of 250 employees. 4. The Government contemplates an award of an unrestricted Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. 5. Description of services: In accordance with the Statement of Need (SON) and price schedule, the Contractor shall price docking stations for VHA Member Services located at 409 Pershing Ct, Fort Riley, KS 66442. 6. Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall start on the effective date of the contract award and shall include a 30-day delivery window to ensure the contractor has delivered all items and they have arrived on site (ARO) within the 30-days. 7.
