Page 2 of 2 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement for the installation of PACS Readers for the Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at contractor shall furnish labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide additional on security PACS readers and code yellow buttons located at the Rocky Mountain Regional Medical VA Medical Center. Space is located at 1700 N Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. SPECIFIC SERVICE FOR Installation of Lenel PACS readers on all supply and linen closets located at RMR: This includes approximately 108 closets. A list of rooms will be provided if a solicitation is issued from this notice. Each room is expected to require the following equipment. Equipment Required to work with our currently installed system. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561621. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a solicitation. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to perform Installation of Lenel PACS readers. Services shall include but are not limited to: - Install Lenel PACS readers on all supply and linen closets located at RMR - Install Lenel control boards and power supplies to power the Lenel PACS readers. - Install new panic button device and cabling: Equipment Required to work with our currently installed system. - Secure fire barrier door in F2-C14c corridor. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and multiple awards MAY be made.
