Statement of Work Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier Systems Preventive Maintenance Montana VA Health Care System BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK (This is for information only) The Montana VA Health Care System, requires a contractor to provide Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier Systems Preventive Maintenance, in accordance with the terms and conditions stated within this abbreviated Performance Work Statement (PWS). TASKS and REQUIREMENTS: Contractor must provide all parts, labor, equipment, and transportation to provide service repair and preventative maintenance (PM's), in Fort Harrison/ Helena Montana and Billings Montana in accordance with manufactures specifications (see table below). Contractor is required to make, updates, changes or retrofits made on any component or system shall be annotated on station equipment manuals and records. Services also include recording all routine work, corrections, and repair work in the equipment log. The Contractor must respond to service calls within two hours of notification of return said call. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: Shall include, but is not limited to: Environmental equipment installation remarks Pre-maintenance equipment status (Alert/alarms if required) Historical events review/verification Inlet screen filter check Water chemistry analysis (if required) Pre-maintenance system s parameters displayed.
