Work might include, but is not limited to Carpentry, Roofing, Flooring, Tilers, Masons, Electricians, Plumbers, Pipe/Steam Fitters, Painters, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation Air Conditioning) Mechanics, Demolition, Communication, Hazardous Materials and other work as required to keep the Resident Quarters, Exteriors and the site around them as well as their appurtenances maintained and repaired
