This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation number 36C25921Q0131 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-02 Effective November 23,2020. 3. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 519130 Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals, with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. 4. The Government contemplates an award of an unrestricted Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. 5. Description of services: In accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and price schedule, the Contractor shall price a web-based medical coding tool for VHA Office Of Community Care located at 3773 Cherry Creek Drive North, Suite 470 Denver, CO 80209. 6. Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be from the effective date of award for a one (1) twelve (12) month base-year period and four (4) twelve (12) month option year periods. 7.
