System restrictions prevent the posting of the Excel macro-enabled Excel file. Interested parties should contact Val Juarez at valaria.juarez@va.gov to obtain the macro-enabled document. 11/6/2020 - Amendment to RFQ issued to clarify missing shipping and delivery requirements in Sections B2 and B4 and change FAR 52.212-1(c) from 30 days to 50 days (January 1, 2021). This amendment is applicable to only those vendors who were determined to be responsive to the Original RFQ as well as amendments 0001 and 0002.
