VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease approximately 8,985 contiguous usable square feet of warehouse and related space in Grand Junction, CO for medical equipment storage. The space must be on no more than 1 floor of contiguous space and can be provided by completed new construction or modification of existing space. The space should not exist within a Floodplain as identified on a DHS Flood Insurance Rate Map. On-site surface parking for 4 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 5 years will be considered. Space within or bordering the following delineation will be considered: North: I-70, East: 32nd Road, South: Colorado River/Riverside Parkway, West: 22nd Road A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA.
