This project will demolish the existing Health Wing (10,712 SF) at the North end of the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System. Construct a new Outpatient Mental Health Tower base that is approximately 17,300 SF footprint, doing a ground floor and the new structure will be designed to meet physical security requirements and to support future vertical expansion that will allow for a total of 8 floors. The project will include costs required for leasing temporary swing space for Recreational Therapy to continue providing services at a location off-site during the construction period of this project.
