All local and federal standards and requirements shall be met. All work shall be planned and scheduled to minimize the construction activity impact on the operation of the medical center. All work shall be conducted with strict adherence to Cheyenne Medical Center and Veteran’s Health Administration regulations and infection control requirements. All labor, materials and tools shall be furnished by the contractor.
