The Contractor shall provide all construction services including, but not limited to, supervision, quality control, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, low voltage, plumbing and commissioning required to complete the Psychiatric (PTSD) Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program building, Project 554-318, as per the drawings and specifications. The project shall construct an approximate 18K GSF, 20-bed (5 female & 15 male private and semi-private rooms) PTSD Psychiatric Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (PRRTP) building at the site of the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center (RMRMC) in Aurora, Colorado.
