THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT Aug 26, 2020 Sanitary Sewer Modification - WEST, Denver, CO 36C25920Q0679 The Department of Veteran s Affairs has a requirement to modify sanitary-sewer lines, remove cast-iron plug-valves and install knife-gate valves at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, located at 1700 Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. The purpose of this project is to prevent sewage from backing-up, causing extensive damage. All work will be accomplished on the Denver VA Medical Center campus as indicated in the plans, specifications, and drawings. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237110 with a small business size standard of $39.5M. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
