THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Market Research is being conducted to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone interests. The Department of Veterans Affairs is trying to determine whether to set-aside an acquisition to provide Imaging Transfer software as outlined in the Description of Need (Attachment 1). The NAICS 511210 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $38.5 Million. If your company is interested in performing these services, please notify our office of your intent. All interested parties should respond, in writing via email to brian.werner2@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. In response, please include the following: Company/individual name, Address, Point of contact with phone number Information describing your interest, Indicate FSS/GSA contract number or Open Market, DUNS number, Capabilities statement, Company Socio-Economic SIZE (example large, small, SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB etc.), and relevant Past Performance contracts of like or similar work along with contract award prices if applicable. If subcontracting is contemplated, provide subcontractor s name and relevant past performance. Your response is required by Friday, August 28, 2020 @ 1:00 pm MT. All capable Service-Disabled Veteran Small Businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government will not pay for any information solicited.
