This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation number 36C25920Q0529 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). 3. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334210 Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing. 4. FAR Clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply to this procurement. The Government contemplates an award of an unrestricted Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. 5. Description of services: In accordance with the Statement of Need (SON) and price schedule, the Contractor shall price Headsets and Y cables for VHA member services. 6. Period of Performance (POP): The POP is 09-01-2020 to 10-01-2020 with a 30 ARO. 7.
