PURPOSE OF THE NEW RFQ: The previous RFQ 36C25920Q0239 is cancelled in its entirety. The intention of posting this replacement RFQ 36C25920Q0339 is to alleviate confusion in the requirement based on the numerous amendments issued under RFQ 36C25920Q0239 and to provide a clearer format for each vendor to use when submitting a quote. There are no changes to the Performance Work Statement or Price Schedule from RFQ 36C25920Q0239 to this new RFQ 36C25920Q0339. The same exact Performance Work Statement and Price Schedule published in this RFQ were included in Amendment 0007 of the canceled RFQ 36C25920Q0239 on April 29th, 2020. Vendor must follow Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items , located in Section E of the RFQ. SITE VISITS AND RFQ EXTENSIONS: Vendors have been provided enough time to provide a quote for this requirement. Vendors were provided an opportunity for a Site Visit following the publication of Amendment 0006 of RFQ 36C25920Q0239 on April 26th, 2020. There will be no Site Visits under this RFQ 36C25920Q0339. The government does not anticipate extending the due date for receipt of offers against this new RFQ 36C25920Q0339. SET ASIDE: This is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). THE REQUIREMENT: VA requires a contractor to provide consistent and reliable ongoing wireless internet access (WIFI) for use by VA patients, to include installation of equipment as well as repair and maintenance, at the Montana VA Health Care System, in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS).
