Is the intent for the bid to take over the existing fencing rental with maintenance or provide new fencing? If so, please provide the name and contact information on the existing supplier. 1A. The original intent was to have the existing fence removed and new fence installed, however, if the current fence rental contractor agrees to an arrangement to leave their fence in place and having a new company sign off as the new payor in place of the VA is acceptable. The end result will need to remain the same, for the fence to be in place in the designated area for the specified timeframe. Current contract is with United Site Services of Nevada, POC s are Bryan Dykstra (Bryan.Dykstra@unitedsiteservices.com) and Drew Hardrath (Drew.Hardrath@unitedsiteservices.com). 2.Q. Will the existing temporary fence be taken down so a new one can be installed? If so, will this be done at the same time as the new temporary fence installation or after the installation of the new fence? And then where will the new fence be installed, inside the existing or outside? 2A. The government requires the existing vendor to remove their fence prior to the new vendor s install. The government s intent it to schedule fence removal to happen on the day prior, or morning of, the new install. Coordination with both vendors to make will be required by the need date. 3. It is the intent of the government to solicit quotes only within CONUS (contiguous united states). All other quotes will not be accepted. 4. The due date of quotes has been extended to Wednesday June 10, 2020 no later than 2:30pm MST.
