This is a pre-solicitation notice for Department of Veteran s Affairs, NCO 19, to obtain Repair services for Underground Fuel Storage Tanks for the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center based in Aurora, CO. The services performed must meet the qualifications in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work and all applicable Department of Veteran Affairs (DOVA) regulations and policies. The contract start date is anticipated to be 01 June 2020. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 561990 and size standard of $12 Million. The entire solicitation will be made available only on Contract Opportunities website https://beta.sam.gov/search?index=opp on approximately 19 May 2020. No paper copies will be issued. Award will be made based on FAR 13 Contracting Officer Comparative Analysis. The contractor's response shall include a price section (completed CLINS), a past-performance reference, and a technical narrative, and must conform to the instructions contained within each section. Each CLIN in the pricing proposal must be priced. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. If the Government decides to award with discussions, you will be notified as soon as possible, and asked to provide additional information. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
