REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide equipment, reagents and supplies. Services will also be included for maintenance, upgrades, and quality control for VISN 19. Contractor shall provide all equipment, reagents, standards, controls, supplies, consumable/disposable items, parts, accessories and any other item required for the proper operation of contractor owned analyzers and peripherals for the generation of Infectious Disease(ID) and Procalcitonin (Procal) testing for Oklahoma City VA Health Care System (OKCVAHCS) and Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) cost per reportable result (CPRR) services on behalf of participating VISN 19 Pathology & Laboratory Medicine facilities. A services component will also be included in the contract, to provide maintenance, repairs, upgrades, training and a Quality Control program. Equipment supplies and services shall be required for a base year period with four one-year options for renewal. The information submitted shall contain the company’s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). No questions will be answered. The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice.
