Partial quotes will not be accepted. The original Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice states: Any award made as a result of this solicitation will be made on an All or Nothing Basis. Can you tell us the installation date? The installation is to be determined based on the award date and the selected offeror s delivery time. Do you know if this solicitation can/will be set aside for small business? This is not a set-aside for small business. The original Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice states: This solicitation is unrestricted. Provide an itemized list with description of the existing equipment that needs to be moved (Un-install/Re-install of current equipment Moving equipment from 5 rooms from current working clinic for install in newly remodeled clinic and move side cabinets from 3 rooms in old clinic to proper place in remodeled clinic) Each of the existing 5 rooms noted (each are complete operatories in the current working dental clinic) will need equipment moved and the equipment in each room, chairs, delivery systems, lights, stools, and imaging equipment, are the same types of equipment (make/model as described or equal products) as listed for the new equipment in this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice. The existing equipment to be moved to the new clinic matches with the type of new equipment that will be purchased resulting from this solicitation for installation in the new clinic. Provide a description of the side cabinets in the 3 rooms that need to move, along with pictures? We're wondering the size, type (e.g. are they ceiling mounted, wall mounted, etc.) See attachments with photos. Provide a floor layout/drawing of the old and new clinic There is not a layout/drawing to provide currently. Quotations are due no later than 12:00pm MT, Monday, May 18, 2020.
