Gillette VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), located in Wyoming, requires contracted Grounds Maintenance Services, to include Snow and Ice Removal. Once the solicitation is posted vendors should refer to Evaluation Factors and Instructions to Offerors for how to submit a quote in response to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, where lowest price will be the sole factor. This will be a solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) - for commercial services and prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.106-2 and FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This will NOT be a request for proposal (RFP) and the government does not intend on holding negotiations.
