REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide contractor s owned analyzers and peripherals required to generate Infectious Disease (ID) and Procalcitonin (PROCAL) test results on a Cost Per Reportable Results (CPRR) basis. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, reagents, standards, controls, supplies, consumable/disposable items, parts, accessories, and any other items required for proper operation of its equipment at Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73104 and Eastern Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74401. The NAICS code is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 Employees The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation. This is not a request for proposal (RFP). No questions will be answered. The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged.
