THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT February 25, 2020 Replacement of Spray-Fireproofing and Firestopping, Denver, CO 36C25920Q0218 The Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Affairs Medical Center (RMRVAMC) in Denver, CO has a requirement to remove and replace spray-on fireproofing in the Inpatient Building South (IBS/Bldg. H) and to replace firestop sealant in the Inpatient Building North (IBN/Bldg, K) at the Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 1700 North Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, supplies, tools, equipment, and material necessary to complete repairs as described below. Work completed by the contractor shall meet requirements of VHA and NFPA 2015 Edition including; but not limited to, NFPA 80, NFPA 90A, NFPA 92B, NFPA 99, NFPA 101 and NFPA 105. All work will be accomplished on the RMRVAMC campus as indicated in the plans, specifications, and drawings. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238310 with a small business size standard of $16.5M. The magnitude of this project is Less than $25,000.
