The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for Mock Turtlenecks with Embroidery (in accordance with attached DRAFT Statement of Requirements). This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. An award will not be made on any offers submitted in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified sources of supply and determine the socioeconomic size classification of the supplier and manufacturer of the end item. Starflake shall be embroidered on the left lower Mock collar in white, scarlet, and light navy on all Custom Daisy Yellow mock turtleneck long-sleeve shirts. A 11 ½ in. Starflake shall be screen printed on the back of the Custom Daisy Yellow mock turtlenecks in 3 colors white, scarlet, and light navy on all mock turtleneck long-sleeve shirts. A 4 in. X 6 in. Starflake shall be screen printed on the left front chest, using the dates of March 29 April 3, 2020 on all Custom Daisy Yellow mock turtleneck long-sleeve shirts. Starflake shall be screen printed on the back of the white mock turtlenecks in 3 colors white, scarlet, and light navy on all white mock turtleneck long-sleeve shirts. A 4 in. x 6 in. Starflake shall be screen printed on the Left Front Chest using the dates March 29 April 3, 2020 on all white mock turtleneck long-sleeve shirts. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall provide their own art work designed from the pictures and measurements given as examples/samples. The Contractor shall provide samples of both mock turtleneck colors to the name and address given below. The Contractor shall furnish samples of the embroider and screen printing or examples of workmanship to the name and address given below. The Contractor shall furnish samples of the embroidery and screen printing as soon as possible. The Contractor shall provide a bid for the total order price, including all charges for embroidery, screen printing, shipping, handling and any other charges. The Contractor will complete the entire order and ship all shirts ordered to the address show below no later than March 2, 2020 at 4:00PM, Mountain Time.
