Pre-Solicitation Notice 36C25919Q0022_1 Page 2 of 2 VA Shuttle Service Oklahoma City VAMC Pre-Solicitation Notice GENERAL INFORMATION Oklahoma City VA Health Care System requires a multi-year, contracted Shuttle Service with the intent of transporting people between specified bus stop locations, in support of the VA mission. The purpose is to transport VA Health Care System patients and visitors. VA staff may also use the shuttle service if there is unused capacity. PURPOSE The purpose of this contract is to engage a Contractor who can provide Shuttle Services to the locations identified in this PWS at OKC VA Health Care System. The Contractor shall furnish all contract oversight, management, technically trained personnel, equipment, and insurances necessary to provide Shuttle Services for OKC VA Health Care System in accordance with this PWS. This is a non-personal services contract. The Contractor, its employees, agents and subcontractors shall not be considered VA employees for any purpose of fulfilling the PWS and shall be considered employees of the Contractor.
