VA will consider the following options - THIS IS MARKET RESEARCH ONLY: Option 1 - Existing space with a minimum of 100+ surface parking spaces Option 2 - Build to suit - 23,100 RSF of office/medical space with 100 + surface parking spaces Option 3 - Land, 3-5 acres to build on for office/medical use, 23,100 RSF and 100 + surface parking spaces Lease Term: 240 months Firm Delineated Area: To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the Castle Rock zip codes 80108, 80109 and 80104.
