The purpose of this advertisement is to identify potential sources and suitable locations. This notice is NOT a solicitation or request for proposal. Email: Richard.kern@va.gov Description: VA seeks to lease 23,100 Rentable Square Feet of space with 100+ parking spaces for use by VA as a Clinic and Office within Castle Rock, CO. VA will consider the following options - THIS IS MARKET RESEARCH ONLY: Option 1 - Existing space with a minimum of 100+ surface parking spaces Option 2 - Build to suit - 23,100 RSF of office/medical space with 100 + surface parking spaces Option 3 - Land, 3-5 acres to build on for office/medical use, 23,100 RSF and 100 + surface parking spaces Lease Term: 240 months Firm Delineated Area: To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the Castle Rock zip codes 80108, 80109 and 80104. Responses shall includ e: Identify the option you are responding to. Identify the Castle Rock zip code your location is in with address or described location of building with a description that the property meets the minimum space/parking requirements above, a photo of the building, general layout of the space offered. Your business classification - small, large, SDVOSB, etc Copy of current SAM registration. Name of current owner with deed or proof of leasehold ownership in the property offered.
