QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1.  Is Volume II General Standards of Responsibility the same as a Technical Response to be supplied in the proposal? Technical response would include warranty, service and support. 2.   Where are the detailed floor plans referenced in 4.2.1 of the General Conditions and Statement of Work? Attached to the amendment 3.    Is the Project Management Plan to be provided with the proposal or upon award? With proposal so we can review.  4.    Is there any control programming required for the installations? Only if their systems require it, but for base design of display that will connect to our system. 5.    Can the Government grant an extension to Tuesday, 9/24.  We are really cutting it close on timeframe for installation and operation, now every week and day counts for us. Extension to close date to 24 September 2019, 12 pm Eastern
