Page 1 of Page 3 of 3 Page 1 of A.1 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources to provide preventive maintenance and calibration on Verathon Bladder Scanners. The equipment is located at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center, 2360 E. Pershing Blvd, Cheyenne, WY 82001-5356. The NAICS code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Size Standard is $22 million. The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP).
