Pressure Wash of Building STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Jack C. Montgomery Veterans Affairs Medical Center (JCMVAMC) is requiring a contract for complete pressure washing of the entire outside of the buildings that consist of Building 1,22,24,52,53,60. This includes the two high towers located at both ends of the campus. Safety is the main concern as the towers are over five (5) stories tall. The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center is a 449,328.00 Sq ft facility. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: a. Jack C. Montgomery VA Center 1011 Honor Heights Drive Muskogee, Ok 74401 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: This contract is valid for 45 days after receipt of award (ARO). PURPOSE: This contract is needed to ensure the hospital is pressure washed and free of all debris. No residual film from cleaning products will be visible upon completion. SCHEDULE OF SERVICES: The contractor has 30 days to complete the project after award. WARRANTY: Care must be given to ensure that there are damages to the building and grounds around the facility. SCOPE OF WORK : Pressure wash the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center. The Contractor must ensure all Safety and OSHA requirements are met.
