The Miles City VA Clinic and Community Living Center located in Miles City, MT and the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 are performing market research to determine if there is sufficient number of qualified providers/firms for Reference Laboratory Services. Socio-economic precedence are as follows: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; or (3) Small Business to set aside GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Firms responding shall specify they can meet the required specifications: The Contractor(s)shall provide services within the city limits of Miles City, Montana to provide same-day results for urgent testing. The Contractor(s) shall be approved to provide clinical diagnostic laboratory tests under both Medicare and Medicaid regulations and all applicable federal and state laws; necessary to perform collection and processing services for Miles City VA Clinic and Community Living Center in support of veteran patients. Services required are: Testing of Laboratory samples as needed for emergent care decisions collected at the VA Montana Outpatient clinic in Miles City, Montana. Results forwarded to VA Montana Laboratory, Miles City, MT. Emergent Arterial Blood Gas/Co-Oximetry sample collection and testing (VA will send patient to testing laboratory location). Results forwarded to VA Montana Laboratory, Miles City, MT. The address for Miles City VA Clinic and Community Living Center located in Miles City, MT is: 210 S. Winchester, Miles City, MT 59103.
