THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center located in Aurora, Co and the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 are performing market research to determine if there is sufficient number of qualified providers/firms for mass spectrometer. Socio-economic precedence are as follows: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; or (3) Small Business to set aside GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Firms responding shall specify they can meet the required specifications: Contractor shall provide the necessary UHPLC (Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography) and mass spectrometry hardware, gas generator, compressor, uninterruptible power supply, computer hardware, software, access to necessary compound libraries/databases, application notes, technical support and training for an integrated liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LCMSMS) instrument system .
