Page 2 of 18 SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY The Department of Veterans Affair, Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking sources for a potential agreement to provide Community Nursing Homes to Veterans for the Fort Harrison VA Medical Center. The intended contract period will be for eighteen (18) months. The area/location for the Community Nursing Home is Gallatin County in the state of Montana. The Government is interested in sources that can provide some or all of the required services. Interested parties are encouraged to respond with what they can provide (i.e. if you can only support a certain number of beds, please state what you can provide). The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (HUBZone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 623110 Nursing Care Facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities) ($27.5 Million size standard). Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on FBO or GSA. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement.
