This Announcement serves as a Pre-Solicitation Notice Only and Not a solicitation. The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS) Office of Acquisitions intends to issue a solicitation for a qualified contractor to provide a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for the New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS). This is not a request for quotes, and is not an authorization to begin work, and does not commit the Government to purchase any services. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of any responses to this notice. The New Mexico VA Healthcare System (NMVAHCS) requires the following services to be provided in a private hospital, office, or clinic environment to Veterans, primarily residing in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico and the nearby vicinity. The Primary Care CBOC shall offer both medical and mental health care services (physically on site and by telehealth) and offer support services to include pharmacy, laboratory, and x-ray. The Contractor is required to meet VHA performance and quality criteria and standards including, but not limited to, access, customer satisfaction, prevention index, chronic disease index and clinical guidelines. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity type contract. Only one award will be made from the solicitation. The period of performance for this procurement shall consist of a Base Year and Nine Option Years. The Principle NAICS Code is 621498 Medical All Other Outpatient Care Centers. The size standard for the NAICS Code is $22 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is Q201 Medical - General Health Care. The Request for Proposal (RFP) Number is 36C25821R0016. All contractors must be currently registered (have an active registration) in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Further, Offerors are required to complete their Online Representations and Certifications under SAM.gov prior to submittal of a proposal. All responsible sources may submit an offer in response to the solicitation in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates posting the RFP # 36C25821R0016 to the Contract Opportunities website on or about November 15, 2021.

No award... Truth or Consequences Contracted Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CCBOC) THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research to identify potential vendors that can provide CCBOC services in a clinic environment to veterans primarily residing in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico (NM) and the surrounding area. Primary Care CBOC: offer both medical (physically on site) and mental health care (either physically on site or by telehealth) and may offer support services such as pharmacy, laboratory, and x-ray. The contractor performing the services shall provide a continuum of care from prevention to diagnosis and treatment, to appropriate referral and follow-up. The contractor s outpatient site of care must have the necessary professional medical staff, diagnostic testing and treatment capability, and referral arrangements needed to ensure continuity of health care. The estimated number of vested patients in Truth or Consequences, NM and surrounding area is 750 veterans. The facility shall be open during normal business hours (M-F 8:00am 4:30pm). The contractor is responsible for meeting or exceeding all VA and Joint Commission (or equivalent) standards, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Life/Safety requirements, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). To meet VA s requirements for a Veterans Only clinic in a co-located facility, the Contractor s site must have separate signage, a separate waiting room, and dedicated staff for the site.
