The VA has a Construction requirement for Renovate Domestic Water Piping for Project 605-20-201 at the Loma Linda VA Healthcare System (LLVAHCS), located in Loma Linda, California. Project Scope: The renovation will involve but not be limited to removal of dead legs, upgrade galvanized steel piping, renovate chiller plant, and providing hot and cold-water insulation. Contractor will be required to provide construction services to include all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to successfully execute the construction plans. A Critical Path Method (CPM) Plan and schedule demonstrating fulfillment of contract requirements will be required. Solicitation documents, including Statement of Work (SOW), Drawings, and Specifications, will be available electronically, on or about the issue date listed above, at the Beta SAM.GOV Contract Opportunities website: https://beta.sam.gov/ In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, and VAAR 836.204(g), the magnitude of construction for the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
