This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 (eff. 7/12/2021). This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business Concerns only. The FSC/PSC is 6640, Laboratory Equipment and Supplies. The New Mexico VA Health Care System is seeking to purchase a Globepharma Simpleblend 3 Lab/Scale Blender; OR EQUAL. Interested Small Business concerns must have a signed Letter of Authorization from Globepharma, Inc. specifying that your company is an authorized distributor of their equipment or provide an “Or Equal” offer.
