PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 - Gilbert intends to solicit for a qualified contractor to provide bulk salt delivery services to the Phoenix VA Health Care System. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools and supplies necessary to perform the required services. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation number is 36C25821Q0300. The electronic solicitation shall be issued on or about August 9, 2021 and may be downloaded from the following URL https://sam.gov/content/opportunities.
