VHA SAOW NCO 22G contracting intends to publish a solicitation on or around 06/03/2021 for: The Phoenix VA Healthcare System (PVAHCS) the Environmental Management Services (EMS) Department located at 650 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012. A service contract is required for preventative maintenance and repair service for power floor cleaning equipment as outlined in the equipment list. The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, labor, material, equipment, technical expertise, tools, travel expenses, supervision, transportation, and necessary parts to inspect and provide an annual comprehensive preventative maintenance and repair service for all power equipment for the Environmental Management Services (EMS) at PVAHCS. Any and all interested parties are encouraged to review 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors for what to submit, and 52.212-2 Evaluation- Simplified Acquisition Procedures for how quotes will be evaluated to ensure maximum consideration of submitted quotes.
