This is a PRESOLICIATION notice. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contract Office (NCO) 22-G intends to issue a solicitation for contractors to provide COVID 19 Temporary Staffing Services at the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS). The Estimated Period of Performance is: 7/01/2021 to 12/31/2021 with no option periods. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 561320 (Temporary Help Services) with a small business size standard of $30.0 Million. This solicitation will be posted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Only one award will be made from this solicitation. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that will be included in the solicitation. The Full Time Equivalent (FTE) positions may consist of Occupational Therapist (1 FTE), Physical Therapist (1 FTE), Emergency Department Registered Nurses (5 FTE), Intensive Care Registered Nurses (10 FTE), Med/Surg Registered Nurses (9 to 20 FTE), Certified Nursing Assistants (5 to 15 FTE), Respiratory Therapists (2 to 4 FTE), Emergency Department Medical Doctor (1 FTE), and Critical Care Medical Doctors (2 FTE). All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.
