The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office (NCO) 22 - Gilbert is requesting quotes from contractors to provide repairs to Cooling Tower Number 2. The contractor shall provide all labor, travel, replacement parts, tools and equipment, miscellaneous supplies and components necessary to perform these services. The services include but are not limited to the removal and replacement of the main fan motor, fan shaft, bearings, driver pulley and bushing, belt, and fan/driven sheave with bushing. The required services are to be performed at the Phoenix VA Healthcare System located in Phoenix, Arizona. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract and the contract period will end once the services are completed. Based on the results of market research, an electronic solicitation will be issued at https://beta.sam.gov/. The VA is setting-aside this solicitation for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Response time and date will be included in the RFQ.
